The 2nd Amendment is the one that secures all the others. "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." I am a concealed carry permit holder, and believe that the best way to retain a right is to practice it regularly. |
